Mandy D. Moua
ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Mandy Moua is a litigation attorney whose practice covers all phases of civil litigation through trial.  She is a talented legal researcher, and she has a remarkable ability to organize case strategy around client needs.  She utilizes advanced techniques, including working with constantly developing artificial intelligence tools to create efficiencies in factual and legal analysis, discovery and ESI, and motion practice.

Before she became an attorney, she trained with one of the top trial firms in California, working closely with Lawrence Conlan.  Through that experience, she has gained unique insights to successfully navigate high stakes litigation and prevail against major businesses and large law firms.

Mandy’s calm demeanor and confidence allow her to communicate proactively and responsively with clients from all backgrounds, earning their trust and confidence.  Whether counseling individuals who have suffered life-changing injury or advising executive-level clients whose business interests are at risk, Mandy is a strong and reliable advocate.  She takes great pride in her sensitivity and care for clients.

She has worked on litigation and trial teams in class actions and complex commercial disputes, actions for lost wages, insurance bad faith, and major personal injury.

Mandy has contributed in major ways to successful outcomes on behalf of clients, including on teams securing more than $300 million in settlements arising out of the 2015 Plains oil spill.  In addition, Mandy helped facilitate pivotal settlements on behalf of oil-industry workers and service-company employees whose livelihoods were disrupted following the pipeline shutdown after that oil spill.  She has also helped recover substantial settlements for victims of the 2017 Thomas Fire and subsequent debris flow.
